Disable Flag Secure Allow Screenshoot in all apps

By flashing it, you can take screenshots of locked Facebook profiles. You can also take screenshots of apps/pages that prohibit taking screenshots. Like incognito mode on Chrome, even the one-view feature on Telegram without a black blank screenshot.
